What has been missing is not talent, expertise, opportunity, or community. The challenge is access — a trustworthy, verifiable way for these to find and reach one another reliably, across countries and across institutions.

The access gap, concretely

A verified diaspora business in one country is invisible to an institution in another that would happily work with it. A skilled professional cannot easily prove their credibility to people who do not already know them. An embassy struggles to connect with the very community it serves. A faith community or civic organisation has no dependable way to be found and trusted by newcomers. Each of these is an access failure — not a talent failure.
